Our apartements (two rooms and
studio apartment) are situated in a residence that was concieved for young
people and students : the STANFORD residence. We are not a real estate
society.
This residence's particularity is that all the everydays-life services are gathered in the building : bike and car parking places, sport-training room, computer room, laundry, photograph laboratory, cafeteria, video room...
It only takes few minutes on foot to go to the Orléans University campus or to one of the two great parks of the city. It is a pleasant and quiet place to study or just to live.
